Since every order is unique, we do not have a fixed shipping price. The final shipping cost depends on the total size and weight of your completed order once it is packed. Once your invitations are ready and the package is weighed, we will provide you with the exact shipping fee before the final delivery.

How to order wedding invitation at Peonies Wedding Print

Ordering your dream wedding invitations is a simple and organized process at Peonies Wedding Print. Follow these six steps to bring your personal design to life:

Step 1: Consultation & Quote

First, you will select your preferred design and receive expert advice on technical specifications. This ensures you choose the right materials and style for your wedding theme.

All Peonies designs are created to be easily personalized. If you adore a particular design but wish to change the colors of the text, patterns, or envelope liner to match your wedding theme, you are absolutely welcome to request it.

Our design team will assist with the adjustments and send you a digital mock-up for your approval before proceeding with bulk printing, ensuring your absolute aesthetic satisfaction.

The prices listed on our website are unit prices applicable for orders of 150 sets or more. We do accept smaller orders with a minimum of 50 sets. However, please note that a small quantity printing fee will apply to cover the setup costs for orders under 150. And the base prices exclude additional cards and premium finishes such as foil stamping, letterpress, debossing, or embossing. Since these techniques require custom metal plates (molds), there is a separate setup fee for each of these items.

Step 2: First Deposit

To confirm your order, a 50% deposit is required. At this stage, you will also provide all the necessary wedding information to be included in the invitation.

For your convenience, Peonies Wedding offers two primary payment methods:

– Bank Transfer: You can transfer funds directly to our Vietnamese bank account in VND. We highly recommend using Wise or Revolut. These platforms are much cheaper than PayPal.

– PayPal: We accept secure payments via PayPal (primarily for international transactions). Please remember to let us know if you prefer to send the payment as “Goods & Services” or “Friends & Family” so we can apply the correct exchange rate for you. Please let us know which option works best for you, and we will immediately send the corresponding payment instructions. Thank you!

Step 3: Digital Proof Approval (2 – 3 Days)

Within 2 to 3 days, the design team will create a digital version of your invitation. You will review and confirm the layout and all content files before moving forward.

It is recommended that you view your proof on a desktop or laptop so that you can easily verify that all elements are correct and ready for print. Small details are more difficult to see if you view your proof on a mobile device.

Step 4: Test Print & Hard Copy Approval

Peonies will perform a test print on A3 paper so you can double-check the colors and quality. You can approve this “hard copy” in person or via photos and videos if you are ordering remotely.

An approval to send an order to print is confirmation that you have reviewed the proof(s) completely, agree that all content in the proof is correct, and release Peonies Wedding Print from liability of any content errors that should be discovered after production begins. We do not offer refunds for approved proofs due to customer errors such as misspellings, typos, omissions, formatting errors or oversights. Reprints for errors approved during the proofing process will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Step 5: Second Deposit & Mass Printing

Once the test print is approved, please kindly pay an additional 30% deposit to start the mass production. The production time typically takes between 7 to 12 days but we also accept Rush Orders if you need your invitations sooner.

Step 6: Completion & Delivery

When your order is finished, please kindly pay the remaining 20% (plus shipping fees if needed) to have your invitations delivered to your door.
